These terms apply to table bookings at The Gate Pub and Dining, the trading name of The Gate Pub Bryants Bottom Limited (company number 13550953, registered in England and Wales), The Gate, Bryants Bottom Road, Bryants Bottom, Great Missenden, Buckinghamshire HP16 0JS.

Making a booking
You can book a table online, by phone on 01494 488632, or by email at bookings@thegate.pub. Your booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation from us.
Group bookings
We can take bookings for up to 12 guests. For larger groups, please call or email us as early as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Deposits
For groups of more than six guests we ask for a deposit to secure your booking. You can pay it in person or by a secure payment link that we send by text message or email. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been paid.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel, please let us know as early as possible. Deposits are refunded in full if you cancel at least 48 hours before your booking (or at least 7 days before for groups of more than 12). If you cancel later than this, or your group does not arrive, the deposit is non-refundable.
If we ever have to cancel your booking ourselves, we will refund your deposit in full.
Allergies and dietary requirements
Please tell us about any allergies or dietary requirements when you book and again when you order. Our staff can tell you which allergens are in each dish. Because our kitchen handles many different ingredients, we cannot guarantee that any dish is completely free from them.
Dogs
Well-behaved dogs are welcome inside and outside the pub.
